Hope Is Where the Heart Is
At COPE we’re raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve the people who need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing issues facing today’s society. Please join us by supporting our efforts to make a measurable difference in the lives of others.

Saivishnu Tulugu
Chief Executive Officer
I am a rising senior at Dublin High School. From a young age, I have had a strong interest in the medical field and more recently have fostered an interest in public health. In school, I am involved with the Biomedical Academy, Spanish Honors Society, and Red Cross. In my free time you can catch me reading a good book, sketching , or trying out new recipes. I want to use the platform of this organization to spread public health awareness and address health disparities.
Brynne Currier
Chief Operating Officer
I have a strong passion for medicine; I am currently enrolled in the Biomedical Academy and I am the president of the Science Olympiad team. In my free time, I love to play piano, listen to music, and bake. I co-founded COPE because I wanted to use my privilege and my knowledge of public health to educate and assist others. With your support, we can help make a difference in the healthcare system.

Juana Muhirwe
Chief Communication Officer
Similarly to the other board members, I’m a part of the Biomedical Academy. In school, I serve as the president of the Dublin High F.I.M.R.C. Chapter and a member of the Dublin Mayor’s Council. In my free time, I like to spend time with my siblings, read, and watch intriguing documentaries. Public health is a great passion of mine and I hope to work through C.O.P.E. to prepare and educate our communities.
Audrey Kwan
Chief Financial Officer
Like the other board members, I am a student in the Biomedical Academy. At school, I am involved with the Red Cross and with Dublin's Mayor's Council. In my free time, I like to dance and read. I really love science and research, and I am looking forward to implementing my knowledge within COPE. My goal is to educate our community further about pandemic protocol and about the various professionals involved in maintaining our safety.

Sky Yang
Chief Marketing Officer
Hi everyone, my name is Sky Yang and I am a rising senior at Dublin High. I’m really passionate about computer science and doing charitable work. I founded Break the Outbreak to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. In my free time, I like making videos for my Youtube channel, reading new books, camping, and playing sports! A motto of mine is “you can never be too prepared.” I joined COPE because I want to help prepare the communities for future outbreaks like COVID-19 as well as support public health advocacy/humanitarian aid. I believe COPE has the potential to give individuals the tools they need so we don’t have to face the ramifications of another future pandemic.
